Marina Sturmey ACMA, CGMA, MA, BA(Hons) is the founder and director of MS Finance Advisory. A Chartered Management Accountant and CIMA Member in Practice, she brings more than two decades of cross‑sector experience across multinational organisations and SMEs, including company directorships and fractional financial controller roles supporting multiple clients.
Her background spans industry‑based finance roles, specialised management accounting positions and over a decade of operational leadership. Marina combines hands‑on financial and operational expertise with strategic oversight, offering a distinctive blend of practical insight and professional rigour. She is known for translating numbers into clear, meaningful and actionable guidance, providing SMEs and individuals with confident, personalised financial support.
